Last year I had broken foot. Best thing I can tell you is get a resistance band and stretch it out constantly on your foot, up and down side to side and doing circles that made a huge difference for my recovery. <br /><br />I am nursing a sore hamstring right now. I got a massage the other night which helped lessen the knot that was there. The best thing I can say is stretch and foam roll constantly. I have been doing it a few times a day. <br /><br />Good luck at the half this weekend, I know a ton of people doing it and I know you will have a blast.
