Awesome.

Just checking in briefly this morning to say that you need to check out what this girl is doing over in France. She is running the entire route of the Tour de France to raise money for The Pediatric Project.

For those who have no clue how long the Tour de France is - it's 2,000 miles. And she's doing it in 9 weeks. That's like - 30 miles of running a day! ANNNNND she's almost done! She'll finish one day before the cyclists finish their trek through the country.

How. Awesome.

She is one tough cookie and I am impressed. You can catch her last few runs on her blog. I will probably never do an ultra - but is it crazy to say I am intrigued by this and would be so ready to do this?
_______________

I have really enjoyed reading the comments you have left about yesterday's post. I am relieved to know that there are others that are thinking the same thing! phew... I swear, I was afraid I was going to be yelled at.

Which is totally fine - please yell if you must. I asked for opinions here. So thank you to those who shared!

Also - I discovered how horrible the new Google+ comment feature is on Blogger and I want to apologize for anyone out there that may have wanted to comment below a post and couldn't for the past few weeks. Apparently Google wants to exclude you from the blog world. I didn't realize that non-Google folks weren't able to comment until yesterday. That feature was quickly disabled and we returned to the old commenting format. Here I was all wanting to be on top of the newest technology in Blogger but apparently new doesn't always equal good.

Much better now!
